AdOnverse is an interactive advertising platform where brands launch playable campaigns and users participate in skill-based interactive experiences.
AdOnverse is not a gambling platform, betting service, bank, wallet, payment institution, or financial services provider.
You may use AdOnverse only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.

Points, rankings, progression, and campaign outcomes are intended to depend on user performance, including attention, timing, recall, reaction speed, and other gameplay-related actions.

Campaigns available through AdOnverse may be funded by advertisers, sponsors, or brand partners.
AdOnverse organizes the platform logic, campaign flow, user participation systems, and eligibility structure. Sponsors may fund campaigns and related reward budgets as part of their advertising activity.
Points earned on AdOnverse are part of the platform experience and do not represent cash, deposits, banked funds, stored value, or direct monetary balances held by AdOnverse.
Where a sponsor-backed campaign allows redemption, eligible outcomes may lead to digital reward fulfillment through approved third-party reward providers.
AdOnverse may determine eligibility conditions, participation rules, and campaign logic, but final reward issuance, processing, and delivery may be handled by external approved providers subject to their own rules, systems, regional availability, and compliance requirements.
Some digital rewards, including vouchers, gift cards, or virtual prepaid card products, may be issued or distributed by approved third-party fulfillment partners.
AdOnverse does not act as the issuer of such financial instruments or reward products and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, inventory, regional eligibility, processing speed, or provider-side redemption success.
AdOnverse is not responsible for delays, outages, restrictions, inventory shortages, technical failures, or redemption issues caused by third-party reward providers or sponsor-side limitations.
You may be required to create an account to access some features of the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You must provide reasonably accurate information and keep it up to date.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, manipulate campaign systems, or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited conduct.

AdOnverse, its platform design, systems, software, interface elements, branding, and related materials are owned by AdOnverse or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Sponsor names, logos, campaign materials, and promotional assets may belong to their respective owners.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
We aim to keep the platform available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation at all times.
Features, campaigns, rewards, interfaces, and platform mechanics may change, be updated, be paused, or be discontinued from time to time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdOnverse is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that:

Your continued use of AdOnverse after any changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye, unless mandatory legal protections in your country require otherwise.
